Product Warranty
Custom window treatments may include manufacturer warranty coverage for defects in materials, components, or workmanship. Coverage terms and periods vary by product and component. The applicable product warranty governs any product-related claim. Manufacturer warranty details for a specific product can be provided upon request.
Generally Not Covered
- Normal wear, fading, discoloration, or changes caused by age or exposure
- Misuse, accidents, damage caused by pets or children, water or moisture damage, improper cleaning, or environmental conditions
- Alterations, repairs, removal, reinstallation, or modifications performed by unauthorized persons
- Anything specifically excluded by the applicable product warranty
Care
- Operate products gently and as intended
- Dust with a soft cloth, microfiber cloth, or appropriate low-suction attachment
- Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and excess moisture
- Do not force a product if it is not operating normally
