Information You Submit
When you use the Contact or Quote Request forms, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, city, ZIP code, street address, treatment interests, project details, estimated window information, timing and budget preferences, and preferred consultation details. If you select photos in the quote form, the current site sends file names only; it does not upload photo files through that form.
How We Use Form Information
BT Home Designs uses submitted information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a requested consultation or project, and communicate about the request you made. When you affirmatively provide the communication consent shown with a form, we may also use the email address and telephone number you provided for the marketing and other communications described in that disclosure.
Lead Delivery and Consent Evidence
Form submissions are delivered to BT Home Designs by email through Resend when lead-delivery settings are configured. A submission includes the form source, submission timestamp, the consent checkbox state, and the version of the consent disclosure shown with the form. This information is used to help document the request and communication consent associated with that submission.
Analytics and Similar Technology
Google Analytics 4 loads only if BT Home Designs configures its measurement ID for the site. When enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technology under Google's own practices to help measure overall website usage. The site also stores campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign in session storage so they can be included with a form submission during the same browser session. The site does not use advertising or retargeting pixels unless this policy is updated to say otherwise.
Security and Your Choices
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information submitted through the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. To change your communication preferences, request that we stop marketing texts, or ask a privacy-related question, reply STOP to a marketing text message or contact us using the details below.
